Therapeutic Massage for Pain
and Muscular Tension

Treatment may combine therapeutic Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point work, shiatsu, Thai massage principles and movement guidance. The work is adapted to your body, sensitivity and current condition rather than following a fixed routine.
The first meeting includes a professional intake, physical observation where relevant, and a full treatment during the same session.
Process Options
Single 90-minute session: 470 NIS
5-session focused process: 2,250 NIS
10-session process: 4,300 NIS
*Body psychotherapy does not replace medical care, psychiatry or clinical psychology when those are required. It can be used independently when appropriate, or alongside existing medical or psychological care.
Body Psychotherapy and Somatic Treatment

Body psychotherapy is suitable when physical pain or tension appears to be connected not only to muscles and movement, but also to emotional stress, thought patterns, beliefs, difficult experiences or ongoing nervous-system overload.
The body may hold what has not yet been fully processed through words alone.
The process combines different tools according to the individual: therapeutic touch, emotional conversation, somatic awareness, breath work, movement and physical observation, yoga-based movement tools, nervous-system regulation, exploration of recurring emotional and physical patterns, and work with thoughts and beliefs that may reinforce tension, fear or physical holding.
This is not a massage session with a short conversation added to it. It is a structured therapeutic process in which the body, emotions, thoughts and personal experience are all part of the work.
Some sessions may include more touch and movement. Others may involve more conversation, emotional processing and somatic observation. The balance is adjusted to what is relevant and appropriate for you.
The aim is to develop greater awareness, regulation and choice, while supporting change in the physical and emotional patterns connected to the difficulty.

Professional Massage Training
Practical professional massage courses in small groups, with close personal instruction and hands-on practice from the first session.
The training is intended for people who want to enter the massage profession, as well as qualified therapists who want to deepen their skills.
English-speaking students are welcome. Courses may be conducted in English, Hebrew or bilingually, depending on the composition of the group.
Holistic Swedish Massage — Professional Course
A complete foundation course for beginners who want to become professional massage therapists.

The course includes: fundamental Swedish massage techniques; building a complete full-body treatment; practical anatomy for massage therapists; correct posture and body mechanics; pressure adaptation; client intake and health screening; contraindications and safety; professional boundaries and communication; treatment planning; supervised practice; assignments and examinations; introductory deeper-tissue techniques.
